Job Title: Product Intern Role Summary: Support the product team in designing, building, and implementing software solutions that deliver performance data for healthcare customers. Work cross‑functionally with product, sales, development, and customer success teams to translate use‑case requirements into functional designs and workflows. Expectations: - Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s or Master’s). - Active interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, or analytics. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product, sales, development, and integration engineers to translate customer use‑case requirements into workflows and integration options. - Conduct interviews, analyze data, and review options to design solutions and evaluate new packages or systems. - Create workflow charts, diagrams, and system specifications; recommend process and technology enhancements. - Translate business requirements into actionable functional designs and work with developers/engineers on technical solutions. - Assist in the identification, development, delivery, and evaluation of performance‑data software. Required Skills: - Experience in a software development environment. - Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) and collaboration platforms. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. - Basic understanding of data analytics and performance measurement. Required Education & Certifications: - Enrollment or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field. ---
