**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager **Role Summary:** Own and drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle for a major product area within a B2B SaaS MedTech platform. Partner with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver scalable, user‑centric software that drives measurable business value. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality product releases that meet user needs and business goals. - Make data‑driven decisions, prioritize under ambiguity, and communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Leverage AI tools to enhance product development and enable AI‑native features. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own product area from discovery through launch and post‑launch iteration. - Conduct deep user research to uncover workflows, pain points, and goals. - Collaborate with Engineering and UX to define requirements, create intuitive experiences, and ensure performance. - Prioritize features, balancing long‑term vision with quick wins. - Define, track, and improve product and business KPIs. - Uphold quality, curiosity, and integrity standards across the product team. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Proven track record of shipping impactful software that solves real user problems. - Strong fundamentals: discovery, roadmap, prioritization, spec writing, stakeholder alignment, post‑launch iteration. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively. - Comfortable using AI tools; building AI‑powered features is a plus. - Curious, thoughtful, and user‑centric mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
