Job Description: Job title: Site Reliability Engineer 2 Role Summary: Ensure reliability, performance, and automation of a global brokerage‑as‑a‑service platform during 24/7 operations, focusing on API‑centric workflows, incident response, and change management. Expectations: - 3+ years in SRE or equivalent role with deep expertise in reliability engineering. - Ability to work flexible hours, including US market trading sessions and on‑call rotations. - Strong ownership of incident and change processes, cross‑team coordination, and proactive automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement automation and efficiency enhancements for platform workflows. 2. Troubleshoot complex technical escalations, conduct root‑cause analysis, and lead incident resolution. 3. Manage on‑call duties (including L2 coverage during night shifts) and coordinate with New York office to align SRE practices. 4. Enforce incident and change management policies, ensuring compliance and continual reliability improvement. 5. Required Skills: - Proficient in Python scripting for automation and system management. - Strong SQL/database knowledge, including troubleshooting transactional databases. - REST API integration experience and understanding of API performance. - Advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities; root‑cause analysis. - Familiarity with Change Management and Risk Management processes. - Availability for flexible hours, including US market trading sessions and on‑call coverage. - Authorization to work in the United States.
