Actively research investors, compile and refine pitch materials, track outreach, analyze market data, and assist in preparing for investor meetings. **Expectations** - 10–15 remote hours per week. - Unpaid internship focused on professional development. - Direct mentorship from the founder, former COO of a $50M ARR behavioral health company. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and profile angel investors, venture firms, and strategic partners aligned with the company's mission and stage. - Draft, edit, and polish investor materials: pitch decks, one‑pager summaries, and financial overviews. - Manage investor outreach: compose emails, maintain outreach logs and CRM‑style spreadsheets. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance investor positioning and storytelling. - Participate in strategy sessions on capital raising, valuation, and growth planning. - Coordinate logistics and material preparation for investor meetings and demo days. **Required Skills** - Strong written communication and presentation abilities. - Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. - Tech proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheets, Notion, and Canva (bonus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current college student or recent graduate pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. ---
