Job Description
**Job Title:** General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement **Role Summary:** Lead the enterprise technology vision and execution, building secure, scalable cloud and edge platforms, driving AI/ML adoption, overseeing cybersecurity and compliance, optimizing DevSecOps pipelines, and aligning technology initiatives with business growth. Manage and mentor a high‑performance IT team, cultivate vendor relationships, and ensure business continuity and risk management. **Expectations:** - 10+ years of progressive IT leadership in enterprise IT, digital transformation, AI/ML, and security. - Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food & beverage preferred). - Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex platforms (ERP, CRM, data integration). - Strategic, risk‑aware thinker with strong communication and stakeholder engagement. - Willingness to travel up to 25%. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the IT & Digital Enablement roadmap. - Design and implement secure, scalable cloud and edge solutions for internal operations and client offerings. - Champion enterprise AI/ML initiatives and deliver high‑impact use cases. - Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance across regions. - Streamline development, testing, and deployment through DevSecOps best practices. - Partner with business units to translate requirements into technology solutions. - Grow, mentor, and retain a talented IT team. - Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships. - Ensure proactive risk management, business continuity, and reliable IT performance. **Required Skills:** - Enterprise IT strategy and architecture. - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing. - AI/ML adoption, governance, and implementation. - Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.) and compliance. - DevSecOps tooling and pipeline management. - Budgeting, vendor management, and procurement. - Leadership, coaching, and team development. - Strategic communication with executive, technical, and client audiences. - Knowledge of regulated industry compliance (pharma, food & beverage). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, TOGAF, Cloud Practitioner, or AI/ML specialist credentials.
