Collaborate with qualified lawyers on compliance initiatives, data protection impact assessments, and regulatory filings. Expectations: - Deliver accurate, timely outputs under tight deadlines. - Build and maintain a strong understanding of data privacy laws, including GDPR and emerging AI regulation. - Work collaboratively with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to privacy standards. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and edit privacy policies, consent forms, and related legal documents. - Conduct data protection impact assessments and prepare supporting reports. - Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and responses to data protection authorities. - Coordinate and support investigations into privacy incidents or breaches. - Maintain and update company data inventory and compliance documentation. - Liaise with cross‑functional teams on data handling and privacy training initiatives. Job title HR Data Analyst Role Summary Support the HR function by managing, developing, and delivering data and reporting solutions that inform decision‑making and business initiatives. Expectations 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Active collaboration across HR teams and other business units. Key Responsibilities - Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. - Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and standard reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Produce ad‑hoc analytics and reports for projects such as L&D, external surveys, audits, and client pitches. - Ensure dashboards remain user‑friendly, accurate, and aligned with firm branding. - Communicate findings clearly through data storytelling, presentations, and written reports. - Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing data queries and monitoring data quality. Required Skills - Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query), and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and data storytelling abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the capacity to influence and adapt messaging. - Stakeholder engagement and relationship management. - Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project management in an HR context. - Knowledge of HR data, practices, and reporting standards.
