**Job title:** Growth Marketing Specialist
**Role summary:**
Drive demand generation, awareness, and revenue growth for a cloud application platform by designing, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel paid digital marketing campaigns.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver measurable lift in qualified leads and pipeline contributions in line with company growth targets.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and creative development to performance analysis, optimization, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Design, and external partners to ensure alignment on audience, messaging, and conversion objectives.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Build and launch paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, Bing, and other digital channels.
- Create, test, and iterate ad copy, landing pages, visuals, and other creative assets.
- Conduct keyword research, SEM strategy, and content guidance for search and paid media.
- Analyze campaign data (ROI, conversion, CAC, CPL) in Looker Studio, Salesforce, and other analytics tools; generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- A/B test creative and targeting variables to maximize performance.
- Map and evaluate the end‑to‑end customer journey, identifying friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Manage lead handoff processes to Sales, ensuring smooth qualification and nurturing.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
- Explore and pilot new tools, emerging platforms, and AI‑driven optimizations to stay competitive.
**Required skills:**
- Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, etc.) with demonstrable growth results.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with large datasets, deriving insights, and communicating KPI outcomes.
- Creative problem‑solving: blend data and creativity to craft compelling ads and test variations.
- Technical proficiency: Salesforce, Looker Studio, Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp; familiarity with ad platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and project management skills; ability to own initiatives from concept through execution and reporting.
- Continuous learning orientation; stays current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI‑based optimization techniques.
**Required education & certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Microsoft Advertising, or equivalent.
