**Job title**
DevOps Production Engineer (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Engineer the full production lifecycle of new solutions—from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance—across production and non‑production environments. Drives architecture decisions, ensures security and performance standards, and enables rapid, stable releases.
**Expectations**
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in demanding environments (preferably banking or finance).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and secure, scalable architecture.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and security teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate on technical solution definition and architecture design, advising on appropriate technologies.
2. Promote reusable, group‑approved product/service stacks to reduce cost and delivery time while meeting security and resilience requirements.
3. Build production and non‑production environments per approved architecture diagrams.
4. Ensure compliance with architecture and security standards, meeting IT OPS delivery deadlines.
5. Integrate production and infrastructure requirements and support development teams in rapid, secure environment delivery.
6. Implement technical user stories by coordinating relevant stakeholders.
7. Elevate team skills through best‑practice deployment training (DevOps tools, Agile frameworks).
8. Provide infrastructure resources and deliver services on schedule.
9. Automate deployment processes and oversee industrialized rollouts.
10. Conduct security reviews/tests, verify access traceability (OS, storage, routers), and remediate gaps.
11. Identify operational blockers (flow, security, network, data) and propose corrective action plans.
**Required Skills**
*DevOps & Automation:* Kubernetes / OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, XLR / XLD, CI/CD pipelines.
*Operating Systems & Environments:* Linux, Windows.
*Databases:* Oracle, PostgreSQL, ExaCC.
*Tools & Platforms:* ServiceNow, Dynatrace (monitoring), RUN (configuration management).
*Security & Compliance:* Architecture standards, security controls, vulnerability testing.
*Soft Skills:* Autonomy, clear communication, curiosity, initiative, commitment to service excellence.
**Required Education & Certifications**
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications preferred: CKAD/CKS, Terraform Associate, Ansible Certified Engineer, ServiceNow or Dynatrace certification.
