Job Description

**Job Title:** Web Developer (F/H) **Role Summary:** Develop, maintain, and enhance an internal web application that supports 2,000 clubs operated by 45 staff members and used by 6,000 stakeholders. Work through all stages of the development lifecycle—design, coding, testing, and deployment—to ensure a stable, scalable information system. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, maintainable code using Test‑Driven Development practices. - Collaborate closely with IT leadership and cross‑functional teams on feature specifications and implementation. - Ensure high availability and performance of the web platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and evolve the existing PHP‑based web application. - Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and architecture discussions. - Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests (TDD). - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance. - Deploy releases to production and support post‑deployment activities. - Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in PHP (≥ PHP 7.x) with object‑oriented programming. - Experience with procedural programming concepts and OOP design patterns. - Demonstrated use of Test‑Driven Development (unit, integration, functional tests). - Familiarity with SQL databases, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic). - Version control expertise (Git). - Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PHP certification) are a plus but not mandatory.
