Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Intern – Social, Influencer & Retail Marketing **Role Summary:** Support the Global Marketing team in creating and executing social, influencer, and retail marketing initiatives for a fast‑growing beauty fragrance brand. The internship provides hands‑on experience in content creation, community management, and retail collaborations, primarily with Ulta Beauty. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality social media content that aligns with brand aesthetic and trends. - Proactively research and engage emerging creators and community members. - Assist retail marketing efforts, including in‑store activations and promotional campaigns. - Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ideate, film, and edit TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; support brand photoshoots and live events. - Conduct influencer research, manage gifting, track campaign performance, and foster relationships. - Handle community interactions (DMs, comments) with authentic brand voice. - Support Ulta‑specific social and influencer content; assist with product launches, sampling, and in‑store activations. - Analyze retail marketing trends and competitor activities; provide insights to inform strategy. **Required Skills:** - Strong passion for social media, pop culture, and internet trends. - Proven ability to create engaging visual content; basic video editing (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts). - Excellent written communication and community management skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. - Interest in beauty, fragrance, and storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or related field). - No formal certifications required; portfolio or examples of social content preferred.
