**Job Title:** Technician / Analyst – Monitoring & Incident
**Role Summary:**
Provide proactive monitoring and incident response for critical IT services, ensuring high availability and performance. Coordinate with technical teams, analyze root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes.
**Expectations:**
- Meet and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for monitoring, response, and resolution.
- Communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and strong teamwork.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cryptographic best practices and cyber‑security fundamentals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Continuously monitor services, infrastructure, and networks across Linux, Unix, Windows, and cloud environments.
- Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents autonomously using established procedures.
- Coordinate technical responders, ensuring clear, structured incident reporting.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements to monitoring and incident‑handling procedures.
- Participate in planned or ad‑hoc interventions as required.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Linux administration; solid knowledge of Unix, Windows.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Networking fundamentals: Cisco, Checkpoint, BSD.
- Web technologies: Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Java.
- Virtualization/Cloud: VMware, Xen, GCP, AWS.
- Scripting: Unix shell, PHP, Perl.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
- Professional level English, both written and spoken.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+2/Bac+3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, CCNA, AWS/Azure, VMware) appreciated but not mandatory.
