Job Description
Job Title: Accounting & Payroll Consultant Role Summary: Deliver functional expertise in commercial management and accounting solutions (Cegid, Lucca, YOOZ, MyReport) to SME clients, overseeing end‑to‑end deployment, configuration, training, and support. Expectations: Complete internal and Cegid University training; lead deployment projects; maintain high client satisfaction; collaborate within a small, high‑performance team; travel regionally and nationally as required. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client functional requirements and author specification documents. - Configure and customize ERP modules for sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and payroll. - Conduct user training sessions and provide go‑live assistance. - Advise on continuous improvement and solution optimization. - Deliver post‑implementation support and technical assistance. - Plan, track, and report on project milestones and deliverables. Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes. - Functional proficiency in commercial management and accounting modules. - Experience with Cegid, Lucca, YOOZ, or MyReport (or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms). - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and client‑service orientation. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. - Certification in Cegid, Lucca, or related ERP solutions preferred (e.g., Cegid Certified Consultant). - Completion of Cegid University training or equivalent ongoing professional development.
