**Job Title:** Sales Representative – Northwest NJ **Role Summary:** Account-driven sales professional responsible for promoting and growing the Kane Brewing brand across the Northwest New Jersey territory (Sussex, Warren, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer). Focuses on building and maintaining relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, executing territory action plans, and delivering measurable sales results in a fast‑moving craft beer market. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Deliver consistent, data‑driven reporting to senior leadership. - Represent the brand with professionalism at all customer and public engagements. - Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize inventory and revenue. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop short‑ and long‑term territory plans; schedule weekly routes and track quarterly progress. - Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. - Forecast demand, analyze sales data, and adjust plans accordingly. - Communicate daily with customers to update product availability, solicit orders, and address inquiries. - Accurately enter and track all customer orders in the system by daily deadlines. - Conduct periodic visits to existing customer sites to strengthen relationships and uncover upsell opportunities. - Prospect and field new account inquiries; proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities. - Manage inventory levels in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing; allocate products to meet demand. - Represent the company at festivals, events, and trade shows. - Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely payment and manage receivables. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives. **Required Skills:** - Strong time‑management and organizational abilities. - Goal‑oriented, results‑driven mindset. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). - Detail‑focused with a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Team‑player who collaborates effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of specialty sales experience (preferably in craft beer or related beverage sector). - Prior brand or distributor sales experience is a plus. ---
