**Job Title:** Associate Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Drive acquisition and retention growth for an apparel brand by planning, executing, and optimizing paid search, paid social, affiliate, email, and SMS campaigns. Own budget management, performance analysis, and cross‑functional alignment to meet ecommerce revenue targets and brand standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable ROI on all paid media and retention initiatives.
- Maintain campaign quality, brand compliance, and on‑time asset delivery.
- Provide data‑driven insights to inform product, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day‑to‑day performance of assigned acquisition channels (paid search, paid social, affiliate) and retention channels (email, SMS).
- Contribute to annual/seasonal media plans; define targeting, creative direction, and budget allocations.
- Set up, QA, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns; conduct A/B tests on creative, audience, bidding, and messaging.
- Oversee email/SMS strategy: segmentation, personalization, triggered flows, and metric optimization (open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe).
- Track, report, and interpret channel KPIs; produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Manage channel budgets to ensure efficient spend and achievement of ROI goals.
- Utilize GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify+, and related analytics tools for insight generation.
- Partner with Ecommerce, Brand, Creative, and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
- Coordinate with external agencies and platform partners to execute high‑quality campaigns.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience (3‑5 yrs) managing paid search, paid social, affiliate, email, and SMS campaigns (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate platforms, GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify+.
- Strong analytical ability; skilled in KPI tracking, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent organization and multitasking in fast‑paced environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus but not mandatory.
