Job title: Marketing & Communication Manager (H/F)
Role Summary:
Lead the B2B marketing and communications strategy for a professional services consulting firm. Drive brand positioning, digital presence, content creation, event coordination, and performance measurement to strengthen market visibility and generate qualified leads.
Expactations:
- Build an engaging LinkedIn and website strategy that increases qualified contacts and followers.
- Deliver high-impact events and webinars that reinforce the firm’s thought leadership.
- Produce timely, insightful content (articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts) aligned with strategic objectives.
- Establish measurable marketing KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with partners and external stakeholders to amplify campaign reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage the LinkedIn editorial calendar; write posts and analyze engagement metrics.
- Oversee the firm’s website content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
- Organize external and internal events (conferences, roundtables, webinars, trade shows); manage logistics, vendors, and budgets.
- Develop a differentiated brand positioning strategy that reflects the firm's values and market insights.
- Produce diverse marketing assets: articles, press releases, newsletters, videos, podcasts.
- Track marketing performance indicators (qualified contacts, LinkedIn followers, event ROI) and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Maintain relationships with high-level partners, clients, and public relations agencies.
Required Skills:
- Proven B2B marketing and communications experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
- Exceptional writing and editing in French and English; ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and initiative; self‑driven with high autonomy.
- Advanced organizational skills for event planning and project management.
- Proficiency with digital tools (social media management, CMS, analytics platforms); familiarity with generative AI and modern media formats (video, podcast).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives, partners, and external partners.
- Experience in a PR agency or media relations is an advantage.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or event management are preferred.
