Job Description

Job title: Junior-Level Developer Role Summary: Collaboratively build user interfaces and backend features for a fast‑growing real estate financing platform. Responsibilities include developing responsive React components, integrating RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express, maintaining MongoDB data models, writing unit tests, and contributing to a shared design system. Expactations: - 0–2 years of professional development experience (internships and significant projects acceptable). - Proficiency with React (or similar) and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Working knowledge of RESTful API consumption, MongoDB basics, and web performance fundamentals. - Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Implement responsive React components and views using TypeScript and modern build tools. - Integrate RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express backend. - Create and maintain MongoDB‑backed features in collaboration with backend engineers. - Write and run unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library); participate in code reviews. - Identify and fix bugs; contribute to reusable design system components. - Document work and share knowledge with the team.
