**Job Title**: Enterprise Architect
**Role Summary**:
Design, model, and evolve scalable, secure enterprise architectures for telecom OSS/BSS, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver high‑quality architecture designs that meet business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their application.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with architects, security, and business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Model and design enterprise architectures that align with business and technology strategies.
- Analyze existing architectures and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with Frontend, Security, and other architects to develop optimal solutions.
- Design and document scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancements across the organization.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (cloud, AI, IoT, etc.) and assess potential applications.
- Work closely with departmental leads to ensure initiatives align with business objectives.
- Engage multiple business teams and partners (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Apple) to gather requirements and feedback.
- Utilize enterprise architecture tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma) to create visual representations and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
**Required Skills**
- 10–15 years of enterprise architecture experience with a focus on OSS/BSS in telecom.
- Deep knowledge of telecom customer onboarding, sales buy‑flow, order fulfillment, billing, payment, retail logistics, supply chain, network provisioning, and product catalog management.
- Expertise in PCRF, discounting, quotation, refund, and charging mechanisms for telecom customers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, software design patterns, and principles.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification; comprehensive knowledge of security, firewalls, authentication, Amazon API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kafka, ECS, and EC2.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent).
