Job Title: Production Assistant/Assistant Producer
Role Summary:
Support executive leadership in strategy, business development, and operations across film, TV, and digital content. Drive growth initiatives, manage production workflows, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to scale the company’s content portfolio and market reach.
Expactations:
- Own end‑to‑end projects with minimal supervision.
- Balance high‑level strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
- Deliver measurable outcomes in production efficiency, revenue expansion, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders on company strategy, partnership outreach, and business development plans.
- Lead and coordinate production, finance, talent acquisition, or growth projects based on skill strengths.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for film, series, and digital IP.
- Facilitate cross‑department communication to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in talent scouting, contract negotiation, and rights management for new projects.
- Contribute to company culture initiatives, talent recruitment, and long‑term vision articulation.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to pivot between macro strategy and detailed operational tasks.
- Familiarity with film/TV production workflows, finance, and sales processes.

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in media, entertainment, or startup environments.
- Certifications in production management, finance, or digital media (e.g., Certified Production Professional, Film Production Certificate) are a plus.
