Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary: Develop, design, and own technical solutions for ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules. Requires 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, integrations, and portal development. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST/SOAP APIs. Must demonstrate experience customizing ITSM processes and creating/modify toolset components.
Expectations: Deliver technical solutions, administer and maintain ServiceNow applications, provide technical support, and collaborate on ITSM/CSM implementation. Ensure alignment with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Configuration Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize ITSM toolset components (business rules, UI policies, scoped apps, reports).
- Develop scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data imports (Import Sets, transform maps).
- Administer application lifecycle, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support ITSM process design and execution, including Configuration Management.
- Maintain knowledge management systems and technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- Advanced JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST/SOAP API integration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
- Expertise in developing business rules, UI policies, scoped apps, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow data structures.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- ServiceNow CSM, ITSM certifications required; ITAM/ITOM or similar product experience preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow Suite certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITAM) and knowledge of licensing a plus.
