About the Company

We enable children, young people and adults to make their own life choices, to develop confidence and independence to live, learn, thrive and engage. It's about supporting them to live their lives to the fullest possible potential. We deliver high quality, person-centred care and support to adults, children and young people with a range of complex needs. Our approach means that people can be supported in their homes, community, residential or nursing care, and a wide variety of supported living arrangements. For children and young people, this ranges from high quality, local fostering agencies to highly specialised residential care. As a leading provider of social care since 1993, we own 550 residential homes and specialist services in the UK, and have a growing presence in the MENA region. Our assistive technology gives children and adults a voice, helping disabled people all over the world to be more independent. We have a strong track record in supporting public, private and third sector organisations to become more inclusive, by recommending actions to support disability inclusive organisations.
