Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager – Streetwear
Role Summary:
Lead the full marketing function for a high‑growth D2C streetwear brand, directing creative, social media, affiliates, PR and cross‑functional initiatives to elevate brand equity and drive sales globally.
Expectations:
- Deliver a full‑funnel marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, calendars and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Maintain brand authenticity across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Build and scale creator, ambassador, athlete, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute integrated brand, digital, community and e‑commerce marketing strategy.
2. Set KPIs, allocate budgets, prioritize initiatives, and report ROI.
3. Translate brand vision into actionable plans across all channels.
4. Oversee creative output: campaign concept, visual consistency, content strategy.
5. Own social media, community and affiliate programs; grow creators and maintain authentic presence.
6. Cultivate relationships with athletes, ambassadors, PR agencies and partners; plan regional activations (UK, EU, NA).
7. Collaborate with Product, E‑commerce and Operations on launches, seasonal drops and merchandising.
8. Own marketing calendar, campaign planning and cross‑functional alignment.
Required Skills:
- 6–10+ years marketing experience in streetwear or similar fast‑fashion sector.
- Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams (performance, social & affiliates, creative, PR).
- Expertise in full‑funnel brand and performance marketing.
- Strong creative campaign development and content strategy capabilities.
- Analytical mindset; ability to use data for decision‑making and ROI demonstration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Familiarity with key retail accounts such as JD Sports and related partners.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or equivalent.
