About the Company

At Lex Talent we focus on one thing - finding the right business professionals for law firms. We're upfront in every conversation and do the basics better than anyone else The legal industry will continue to evolve, but some things remain constant - listening well, understanding the detail, and communicating clearly will always sit at the heart of what we do best. We work exclusively with firms in the UK and US to recruit senior management and operational talent who work alongside lawyers to help drive the business forward. Whether you're a global firm or a specialist practice, we take the time to understand exactly what your organisation needs, then tailor our approach to fit. Recruitment is just our starting line. We deliver real-time market insight, stress-test key decisions, and share candid, well-grounded perspectives - whether your firm is planning its next hire or you're weighing a career move. We ask the right questions, listen closely, and offer advice that's practical, actionable, and refreshingly direct. Our process is straightforward: we stay in touch, keep communication clear, and manage each assignment from start to finish. We have built long-term relationships with clients and candidates by being consistent and honest. There are no shortcuts in what we do, and we do not avoid tough conversations when they are needed.
