Job Description

Job Title: Sage 200 & Sage Intacct Consultant Role Summary: Provide Level 1–2 support and system administration for Sage 200 and Sage Intacct, ensuring uninterrupted operation of two finance systems for a creative‑industry client. Work remotely with weekly on‑site collaboration in London. Expectations: - 3‑month rolling contract, outside IR35, with strong extension potential. - Immediate start (~Dec 8). - Remote work with 2 days per week in London office. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary support contact for Sage 200 and Sage Intacct users. - Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently. - Troubleshoot common user issues (posting, reporting, interface failures). - Perform routine system tasks: user/permission setup, period closes, standard finance report generation, interface monitoring and re‑running failed processes. - Conduct basic debugging via logs, data, and configuration review. - Escalate issues only when necessary. Required Skills: - Hands‑on experience with Sage 200 and Sage Intacct. - Strong system administration and support capability. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Problem‑solving mindset with solution‑focused approach. - Familiarity with finance processes, reporting, and user access control. Required Education & Certifications: - No specific degree or certification required; relevant experience with Sage systems is essential.
