Vice President, Education – International
**Role Summary**
Senior, quota‑carrying commercial leader responsible for driving global growth in the higher‑education sector. Leads strategy, execution, and revenue attainment across universities, colleges, and student accommodation, positioning the company as the preferred secure connectivity and digital engagement partner.
**Expectations**
- Execute and exceed sales quotas for large‐scale education deployments.
- Expand the company’s footprint in the UK, North America, and selected international markets.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Network Directors, Deans, accommodation operators).
- Represent the organization at key industry events and shape thought leadership on secure campus services.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own the international education growth strategy and launch go‑to‑market plans for each region.
2. Secure large enterprise deals for the full solution suite (secure identity‑based onboarding, MDU connectivity, campus Wi‑Fi, analytics, digital engagement, access intelligence).
3. Influence procurement processes and partner ecosystems within education.
4. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure vertical product fit and repeatable success.
5. Provide strategic guidance to senior education sales teams and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
6. Advocate for the company’s services at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
**Required Skills**
- 7–10+ years of senior commercial experience selling SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or digital engagement solutions to higher‑education or related markets.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of campus network security, MDU connectivity, identity‑based onboarding (IPSK), multi‑device authentication, and campus IT operations.
- Strong influence and communication skills capable of engaging CIO/CTO‑level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, autonomy, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Passion for improving educational experience and operational efficiency through technology.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
