**Job Title:** Fullstack Java Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain instant payment (IP) and European Payments Initiative (EPI) platforms. Focus on building clean, scalable Java-based solutions in agile teams while ensuring quality and operational reliability. **Expectations:** Collaborate in agile teams to deliver high-quality software, maintain operational systems, manage incident responses, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in requirement analysis and feature refinement. - Design and implement Java-based features using clean code practices and code reviews. - Develop unit tests and document technical components. - Maintain system operational stability and respond to production incidents. - Collaborate with product owners, QA testers, and business analysts. - Monitor system performance, manage batch processes, and ensure real-time transaction integrity. - Support knowledge base creation and team technical alignment. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Java 21+, Spring Boot 3.4+, Spring Security, Spring Batch, REST API. - Mastery of microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, cloud tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform). - Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube), Hexagonal Architecture, and clean code standards. - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Kubernetes, MyVault) and IDEs (IntelliJ). - Advantageous: DevOps practices, Angular 19+, real-time payment workflows (WERO), banking interoperability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years fullstack Java development experience. - Certifications in Spring frameworks, cloud platforms, or payment systems preferred.
