Job Title: Senior TikTok Creator Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end influencer marketing strategy on TikTok for US and UK markets, manage a high‑performance team, and drive brand awareness, credibility, and customer acquisition through creator partnerships and TikTok Shop initiatives.
Expectations: • Deliver measurable growth in engagement, brand reach, and sales revenue through creator collaborations.
• Scale TikTok Shop capabilities for US brands while maintaining successful UK campaigns.
• Build and maintain a robust creator network, enabling high‑ROI partner relations.
• Provide clear, data‑backed reporting to senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute influencer strategy across US and UK TikTok markets, identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high‑potential creators.
2. Oversee the creation, approval, and refinement of campaign briefs, influencer rosters, and content concepts.
3. Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: concept, execution, optimization, and reporting.
4. Lead a team focused on creator partnerships; coach and evaluate performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Drive innovation in content formats (UGC, ambassador programs, niche communities) and test new creator niches.
6. Build and maintain relationships with TikTok’s creator marketplace and partner networks (TAP, CAP, talent managers).
7. Collaborate with brand, content, paid, and product teams to design integrated TikTok‑centric marketing programs.
8. Monitor and optimize creator performance metrics, ensuring compliance, quality, and conversion targets.
9. Report on campaign ROI, team progress, and industry trends to senior leadership on a regular basis.
10. Develop quarterly/monthly operational plans to increase creator output, compliance, and monetization on TikTok Shop.
Required Skills
- 2‑4 years of experience in influencer, creator, or partnership marketing, preferably on TikTok.
- Proven success managing TikTok US campaigns, including TikTok Shop and affiliate initiatives.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce and marketplace dynamics.
- Ability to recruit, evaluate, and build lasting relationships with creators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and ROI reporting.
- Strong team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok’s creator marketplace tools and strategies.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). No specific certifications required, but marketing credentials are advantageous.
