**Job Title** Senior Sales Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract **Role Summary** Lead the expansion of the Digital Solutions business in the renewable energy sector. Generate revenue, build strategic B2B partnerships, and enhance the sales pipeline through data‑driven insights and optimized sales processes. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable sales growth and achieve quarterly revenue targets. - Lead and coach a high‑performing sales team in a multicultural environment. - Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Drive continual improvement of sales operations, forecasting, and KPI measurement. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute sales strategy with the VP of Sales. - Expand pipeline and close new business via market insights and competitor analysis. - Manage key accounts: understand their objectives, conduct business reviews, and tailor solutions. - Identify and enter new markets; represent the company at industry events and trade shows. - Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate favorable terms. - Implement and track KPIs; forecast sales performance using CRM data. - Lead bid and proposal management, ensuring high‑quality, timely responses. - Build a collaborative team culture that fosters innovation and continuous growth. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in B2B sales operations or related roles in renewable energy or technology. - Strong knowledge of sales processes, enablement tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Data‑driven decision making, process optimization, and analytics. - Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. - Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional and international teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is a plus. - Relevant certifications in sales or renewable energy technologies are desirable.
