Job Description

Job title: IT Service Delivery Manager Role Summary: Oversee and manage the delivery of IT services from external vendors and MSPs to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and internal standards. Act as the primary liaison between the organization and service providers, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Expectations: - Deliver consistent, high‑quality IT services that meet or exceed SLAs. - Foster collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase service effectiveness. - Proactively manage escalations, issue resolution, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with service providers to maintain service quality and performance. - Oversee vendor delivery to align with company standards and objectives. - Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, issue resolution, and service reviews. - Partner with MSPs to implement new technologies, automation, and process optimisation. - Monitor, analyze, and report on overall service performance, highlighting critical improvement areas. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years’ IT experience, including 2+ years in a service delivery or related role. - Proven experience managing multi‑sourced environments; exposure to SIAM implementations is an advantage. - Leadership experience with Managed Service Providers. - Strong analytical and numerical capabilities. - Self‑starter with a proactive, innovative mindset. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Relevant IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL® Foundation, Practitioner, or higher) are advantageous.
