Job Description
Job title: Digital Insights Manager Role Summary: Lead the analysis, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth across paid search, paid Meta, social, programmatic, email, and organic channels. Expactations: Deliver data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations; oversee the full lifecycle of performance tracking, reporting, and testing; collaborate cross‑functionally to refine targeting, personalization, and segmentation strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze multi‑channel campaign performance and key metrics. • Track, report, and benchmark results across digital and external channels. • Drive campaign optimization to improve media efficiency. • Design, implement, and communicate measurement plans, dashboards, and visualizations. • Plan, conduct, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting results and formulating recommendations. Required Skills: • Advanced analytical and statistical abilities. • Proficiency in digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM, personalization, targeting, segmentation). • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.). • Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Google Data Studio). • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Required Education & Certifications: • University degree in Technology, Analytics, Marketing, or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years experience in digital insights, analytics, or data science.
