**Job Title:** Instructional Designer (Contract) **Role Summary:** Create, implement, and scale internal learning programs for a SaaS real‑estate platform. Translate complex business processes into accessible training materials, supporting onboarding, upskilling, and knowledge retention across the organization. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality, engaging learning content within contracted timeline. - Establish repeatable design processes and templates for long‑term scalability. - Measure learning impact and iterate content based on feedback and analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and produce blended learning assets (slide decks, job aids, videos, facilitator guides, e‑learning modules). - Capture Institutional Knowledge by interviewing SMEs and documenting workflows, best practices, and processes. - Build structured onboarding and upskilling programs for new hires and existing employees. - Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and content libraries for ongoing use. - Implement and manage content within LMS or knowledge‑management platforms. - Gather and analyze learner feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to refine material. **Required Skills:** - ≥3 years experience in corporate L&D or instructional design. - Strong ability to simplify complex processes into clear, learner‑centred content. - Proficiency in multiple content formats (visual, audio, interactive). - Excellent interviewing, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Familiarity with LMS and knowledge‑management tools. - Hands‑on, iterative development mindset; ability to deliver rapid prototypes and improve. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field. - Instructional design or LMS certification (e.g., ILT, eLearning, SCORM) is a plus.
