Job Description: **Job Title:** Construction Economist **Role Summary:** Lead technical and cost-related projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and actively contribute to the growth and structuring of a construction company. Blend technical expertise with client interaction and strategic organizational development. **Expectations:** - Baccalaureate in construction economics, civil engineering, or equivalent technical field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in construction economics or related roles. - Fluency in technical documentation and project coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and consolidate cost estimates (FAISA, APS, APD) and technical projects (CCTP, DQE, plans PRO). - Prepare and analyze tender dossiers, coordinate subcontractor selection. - Define technical solutions for renovation projects (structural, thermal, acoustic). - Support coordination during DET phase, including change order cost estimation. - Participate in technical meetings with design teams for real estate projects. - Direct client communication during project conception for renovation, advising on technical choices. - Design and maintain internal tools (price libraries, document templates). - Contribute to strategic decisions (methods, priorities, sustainability goals). - Propose technical, regulatory, and organizational improvements to company processes. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in ATTIC+ (mandatory), AutoCAD, and Excel. - Strong cost estimation and technical documentation skills. - Renovation project experience preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and client interaction abilities. - Problem-solving mindset with emphasis on rigor and client satisfaction. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BTS, Bachelor’s, or Engineer degree in construction, civil engineering, or construction economics. - No specific certifications, but mastery of ATTIC+ is essential.
