Job Description
**Job Title:** People and Culture Intern **Role Summary:** Four‑month winter internship providing hands‑on experience in internal People & Culture operations and external HR consulting projects. Supports the full employee lifecycle, recruitment initiatives, and HRIS management while delivering bilingual administrative and project assistance to internal and client teams. **Expectations:** - Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. - Communicate professionally in both English and French. - Demonstrate proactive learning, teamwork, and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, filter, and screen resumes for internal openings and client assignments. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and external clients. - Update and maintain records in the HRIS (HR information system). - Assist with university recruitment events (planning, logistics, follow‑up). - Draft and publish bilingual (English/French) job descriptions for internal and client roles. - Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture team and HR Vibe consulting team. - Perform other related tasks as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Fully bilingual (English & French) – oral and written. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a comparable field. - Prior HR experience (internal or consulting) is an asset but not mandatory.
