**Job title** Senior Cloud Systems Engineer – F/H/NB **Role Summary** Drive the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Cegid’s SaaS cloud infrastructure across public and private platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, OVH, IBM, Kyndryl). Lead operational stability, automation, and performance optimization while ensuring security and FinOps best practices. **Expactations** *Maintain production-ready SaaS environments with high availability and scalability.* *Automate infrastructure provisioning and release pipelines through IaC and CI/CD.* *Implement performance metrics (SLI/SLO/SLA) and enforce security controls.* *Collaborate with R&D and cloud teams to refine processes and document knowledge.* **Key Responsibilities** - Operate and monitor multi‑cloud SaaS environments (public & private). - Deploy continuous application releases and manage infrastructure upgrades. - Design, build, and evolve cloud services, focusing on industrialization and cost efficiency. - Define and track KPI dashboards (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets). - Enforce security, availability, and performance best practices. - Document and share operational processes with cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills** - Profound knowledge of public and private cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, OVH, IBM, Kyndryl). - Expertise in virtualisation & OS (VMware, Windows, Active Directory, GPO, Red Hat Linux). - Automation skills: Terraform, Ansible. - CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub. - Observability: Dynatrace. - Database: SQL Server. - Proven experience in SaaS production environments (multi‑site, high‑volume). - Project ownership of cloud migration (lift‑and‑shift, replatform, rebuild). - Strong organisational, proactive decision‑making, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure, SRE, or CloudOps professional. - Relevant cloud certifications (Azure and/or AWS) are highly valued. ---

Job Title Retail Sales Development Representative International Role Summary Drive new business growth in North‑Europe (UK & Nordics) by prospecting, qualifying and booking strategic opportunities in the retail, fashion, luxury, cosmetics and related markets. Act as the primary link between prospective high‑level decision makers (CIO, CTO, Retail Directors, etc.) and the company’s Key Account and Mid‑Market teams. Expectations * Minimum 12 months of B2B sales prospecting experience, preferably in SaaS, retail or IT. * Proven ability to engage C‑level executives and influence purchase intent. * Resilience, pressure tolerance, and a strong drive for measurable results. * Collaborative mindset, team orientation, and meticulous work ethic. * Fluency in English (UK) and knowledge of the North European market.
