Job Description: **Job Title** Information System Developer (SI Developer) – F/H/NB **Role Summary** Develop, maintain, and evolve the enterprise IT environment for support functions, ensuring operational stability and secure, automated solutions that meet user needs. **Expactations** - Deliver functional, secure, and scalable solutions that align with business objectives. - Communicate effectively with international stakeholders; maintain proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+). **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse user requirements in partnership with PMO teams and produce technical‑functional specifications. - Estimate effort, plan implementation, and manage timelines for development projects. - Design, code, test, and document application components. - Draft and enforce operational, usage, and security procedures; create supporting documentation. - Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions. - Deliver technical support to IT teams and business users. - Monitor emerging technologies, share insights with the IT leadership, and propose optimization initiatives. **Required Skills** - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT developer in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of HRIS/SIRH systems and related integrations. - Proficiency in SQL Server and practical experience in at least one development language (e.g., .NET, Java, Python). - Excellent analytical, planning, and testing abilities. - Adaptability, persistence, and teamwork orientation. - English reading, writing, and speaking – B2 level minimum. - Bonus: Data analytics or familiarity with data warehousing concepts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications in SQL Server, .NET, or HRIS technologies preferred.
