**Job Title**
DevOps Engineer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Experienced DevOps professional responsible for designing, standardizing, and maintaining the organization’s development and deployment toolchain, supporting project teams, and driving best‑practice adoption across multiple engineering groups.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on DevOps experience, preferably in a large‑scale, complex IT environment.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities to mentor teams and promote standards.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and advise on application and system architectures during project initiation and redesign phases.
- Define, implement, and enforce CI/CD, testing, static analysis, and security standards.
- Harmonize DevOps tools and methods across engineering offices.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain the UDF stack (GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWX, Ansible, Sentry, Redis, Redmine, dashboards, etc.).
- Manage tooling projects, license compliance, and related documentation.
- Prepare migration plans, remediate vulnerabilities, and create Ansible playbooks/roles.
- Provide hands‑on support and guidance on CI/CD pipelines, deployment, code quality, performance, and security.
- Conduct training sessions and disseminate standards to development teams.
- Lead the DevOps community: monitor tool usage, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote the UDF cell.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong command of DevOps tools: Ansible, Vagrant, GitHub/GitHub Actions, ELK/EFK stack, Grafana, Sentry, Redis, Redmine.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, automated testing, static code analysis, and DevSecOps practices.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity considerations in software development.
- Familiarity with open‑source technologies, on‑premise infrastructures, and preferably cloud platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, pedagogical, and service‑orientation skills.
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay current with emerging DevOps/DevSecOps trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Jenkins Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus but not mandatory.
