**Job Title** Sales Development Manager **Role Summary** Drive new business growth for an AI‑powered digital agency through proactive lead generation, client relationship nurturing, and inside sales activities. Operate remotely on a commission‑based model, supporting the sales team to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets. **Expectations** - Full‑time or part‑time remote position. - Commission‑based compensation tied to qualified opportunities and closed deals. - Deliver measurable results in lead acquisition, pipeline development, and sales conversion. - Operate independently with strong self‑motivation and accountability. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify and prospect prospective clients using outbound strategies (calls, emails, social outreach). 2. Conduct initial discovery calls, assess prospects’ needs, and qualify leads against defined criteria. 3. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in CRM; track progress through the sales funnel. 4. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the agency’s services. 5. Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align outreach efforts and hand off qualified prospects. 6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 7. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion metrics. 8. Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitive insights, and product positioning. **Required Skills** - Proven inside sales and lead‑generation experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. - Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. - Self‑starter mindset with resilience in a commission‑based environment. - Familiarity with digital marketing or agency services is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Any relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
