**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and grow enterprise software sales across a defined region by orchestrating a multidisciplinary sales pod, driving new business acquisition, and building long‑term client and channel partnerships. **Expectations:** - Deliver significant, repeatable revenue growth and new logo acquisition in the territory. - Maintain a robust, forecast‑accurate pipeline of high‑value opportunities. - Build and sustain strategic relationships with C‑suite executives and key stakeholders. - Expand channel partner and reseller ecosystem to accelerate deal velocity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for target enterprises. - Lead a pod of Marketing, Sales Engineers, CSMs, BDRs, and Partner Managers to execute multithreaded sales cycles. - Engage C‑level executives (CIO, CISO, CDO) and key business units, translating value propositions into compelling business cases. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing of complex software deals. - Use CRM tools to maintain a single source of truth, provide accurate forecasting, and track performance metrics. - Cultivate and grow relationships with channel partners and resellers to broaden market reach. - Serve as a trusted advisor, building long‑term client relationships grounded in integrity and problem solving. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value enterprise software deals. - Expertise in leading multistage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and internal resources. - Deep understanding of data security, data management, or cybersecurity solutions. - Strong channel‑partner management experience. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to drive results in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, HubSpot Sales Software, or industry‑specific credentials such as CISM, CISSP, or other relevant security or data‑management certifications.
