Job Description
Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Core Messaging Role Summary: Own and deliver the core messaging experience for the Glue platform, including threads, groups, and UI across web, desktop, and mobile. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to iterate high‑quality, AI‑enhanced communication features that drive daily team collaboration. Expectations: • 4+ years product management in leading SaaS or software companies • Proven record of shipping polished, user‑centric features with strong UI/UX • Deep experience in messaging or collaboration products, scalable to large teams • Ability to prototype with AI tools, prioritize outcomes, and manage design execution Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, roadmap, and feature specifications for core messaging components. - Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. - Lead design reviews, ensuring intuitive, consistent UX across all platforms. - Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, including engineering, QA, and release planning. - Engage customers and internal stakeholders for usability testing and iterative improvement. - Balance user needs with technical constraints, delivering high‑impact incremental releases. - Champion data‑driven decisions and product metrics to assess success and inform next steps. Required Skills: - Product management, roadmap planning, and agile execution. - Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience partnering with designers. - Messaging, communication, or collaboration product knowledge. - Familiarity with AI‑powered features and rapid prototyping. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization. - Experience in fast‑paced, early‑stage startup or high‑growth environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) preferred but not mandatory.
