**Job Title:** International Workplace Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the global strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace tools and platforms. Report directly to the Group CTO and manage a technical team to deliver a productive, secure, and cost‑effective digital environment aligned with company objectives.
**Expectations**
- Design and execute a technology roadmap based on best practices and market trends.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Intune, VDI (Windows 365), and associated policies.
- Drive user adoption, change management, and data‑protection compliance.
- Optimize vendor relationships and IT operating costs while ensuring high‑value delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategy & Vision**
- Define and roll out a global digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
- Align initiatives with business goals, cybersecurity, and cost‑efficiency.
2. **Platform & Tool Management**
- Deploy and govern Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot/Purview.
- Manage Windows, Intune, VDI, and BYOD policies with Entra ID.
- Promote Low‑Code/No‑Code adoption.
3. **Vendor & Cost Management**
- Lead strategic supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
- Track usage, drive cost optimisation, and report financial performance.
4. **User Experience & Security**
- Champion adoption through training, support, and change programs.
- Collect and act on user feedback to enhance digital experience.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and IT governance.
5. **Team & Leadership**
- Manage a multinational technical team; foster collaboration and high performance.
- Lead cross‑functional IT communities and project teams.
6. **Project Management**
- Oversee key digital workplace projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and resource alignment.
**Required Skills**
- **Technical** – Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (licensing, contracts, Copilot, Purview), PowerPlatform, SharePoint governance; Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, VDI (Windows 365); cross‑platform device management; AI and Copilot fundamentals.
- **Project & Budget Management** – Ability to handle complex, multi‑stakeholder projects; experience with OPEX/CAPEX planning and ITIL/ITSM processes.
- **Strategic Thinking** – Vision for collaborative ecosystems, cybersecurity partnership with Security Officer.
- **Change & User Experience** – Strong advocate for adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- **Communication & Leadership** – Excellent written and verbal communication in English; influence decision‑makers; lead without direct authority; diplomatic and empathetic.
- **Languages** – Fluent English (written & spoken) mandatory; French is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bac+5).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global, multi‑site roles focused on digital workplace technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure AD Engineer Associate) are preferred.
