Expectations: - Licensed attorney in the jurisdiction of practice. - Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience. - Excellent academic credentials (JD and undergraduate). - Strong written and analytical communication skills. - Ability to work flexible, remote schedules on part‑time or full‑time basis. - Willingness to contribute to team development; no expectation to build a client book.
