**Job Title**
Lead Penetration Tester / Senior Pen Tester (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Technical lead and mentor for security audit engagements, conducting complex penetration tests across networks, cloud, web, mobile, and desktop environments. Provides expert guidance to the audit team, drives method improvement, and contributes to threat intelligence, tool development, and client technical qualification.
**Expectations**
- Approximately 5+ years in offensive security and penetration testing.
- Deep expertise in exploitation, vulnerability assessment, and configuration audits on Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming (Python, Go; additional languages welcomed).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to deliver technical findings to diverse stakeholders and educate clients through phishing campaigns, training, and workshops.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and supervise testing methodologies, ensuring high‑quality technical execution.
- Lead complex audits: external/internal, web, infrastructure, cloud, mobile, desktop, and Red Team engagements.
- Perform configuration, code, and architecture reviews.
- Conduct phishing campaigns, security awareness training, and coaching.
- Deliver clear, pedagogical audit result presentations.
- Support sales teams with technical qualification during pre‑sales.
- Engage in continuous improvement of audit procedures and internal tooling.
- Conduct R&D: stay current on attack scenarios, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Write technical articles, host webinars, and enhance the organization’s technical reputation.
**Required Skills**
- Offensive security fundamentals: networking, protocols, OS internals, cryptography, authentication, web technologies.
- Hands‑on exploitation and vulnerability research, including code‑level analysis.
- Programming/scripting in Python and Go; knowledge of additional languages (C/C++, Java) valued.
- Experience with threat modelling, risk assessment, and secure configuration benchmarks.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed technical reports and delivering presentations.
- Bilingual: French native, professional English.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and share knowledge through tech talks and workshops.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional penetration testing experience.
- OSCP, OSCE, GXPN, CRTP, CRTE or equivalent offensive security certifications strongly preferred.
