**Job Title**
IT Systems Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, software solutions, and data management to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient services. Lead a small IT team, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and align technology initiatives with business needs.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality IT services and solutions within budget and schedule.
- Maintain data integrity and support marketing data initiatives.
- Manage IT projects, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team and support staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the IT department: supervise project managers and infrastructure staff.
- Participate in the expanded management committee; present SI project dashboards.
- Manage the IT budget and oversee procurement, contract renewals, and new tool implementations.
- Mentor an assistant IT officer and delegate tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with business units to define, prioritize, and manage software projects (analysis, testing, validation, deployment).
- Ensure technical feasibility and negotiate with service providers.
- Maintain and improve customer data quality; manage data exchanges with partner databases.
- Support marketing targeting and statistical analysis.
- Qualify user requests and incident alerts; coordinate internal IT and external support for web, applications, intranet, email, Internet, directory services, and file servers.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of end‑user equipment, printers, network devices, and telephony systems.
**Required Skills**
- 20+ years of experience in IT project management and vendor management.
- Proven leadership of a small IT team.
- Expertise in IT architecture (web architecture, development tools/languages, databases).
- Experience with commercial and marketing IT systems; Adobe Campaign knowledge a plus.
- Strong project management methodology knowledge (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Budget management and procurement negotiation skills.
- Data governance, quality management, and incident handling expertise.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in architecture (TOGAF) or data management (CDMP) are advantageous.
