Job Description

**Job Title:** Numerical & Room Acoustics Simulation Intern **Role Summary:** Contribute to numerical and experimental acoustics projects focused on room acoustics modeling, simulation, and optimization to develop high-performance acoustic solutions for industrial applications. **Expectations:** Master’s candidate in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field with proficiency in numerical methods and simulation tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform numerical simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics to optimize material geometry and acoustic performance. - Model room acoustics to improve noise reduction and insertion loss. - Validate simulations through experimental testing in laboratory setups. - Support proof-of-concept studies and product development for industrial acoustic applications. - Document simulation results and present findings to R&D and product teams. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in COMSOL Multiphysics. - Knowledge of numerical and experimental acoustics. - Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing Master’s degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field (Master 1 or Master 2 preferred). - Basic proficiency in signal processing or material characterization preferred. - Fluent in English; French language skills advantageous.
