**Job Title**
Director of IT Systems and Business Applications (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the implementation of the IT strategy, oversee a small technical team and external partners, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems. Drive application evolution, cloud adoption, mobility, and security projects while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years in information systems, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Strong project management, partner management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, PSSI, GDPR, and NIS requirements.
- Leadership, rigor, service orientation, and ability to communicate clearly with users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy SI strategy aligned with the DSI objectives.
- Manage a small team of support technicians and IT engineers.
- Lead and coordinate external suppliers and partners (publishing, managed services, cybersecurity, hosting).
- Ensure system availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee evolution projects: internal solutions, cloud, mobility, security.
- Implement and maintain the IT Security Policy (PSSI).
- Provide proactive, educational communication to users to promote tool adoption and security compliance.
