Job Description: **Job Title:** CRM Marketing Internship **Role Summary:** Support the development and execution of international CRM (B2C/B2B) campaigns for multiple brands across email, SMS, and lead acquisition, with a focus on performance tracking and strategic reporting. Contribute to customer lifecycle automation and database quality initiatives. **Expectations:** Collaborate across marketing and e-commerce teams; create campaign briefs; manage creative execution; monitor KPIs. Develop marketing automation strategies with a client-centric focus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, manage, and optimize email/SMS campaigns for global brands (Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange). - Develop automation workflows aligned with customer lifecycle stages. - Execute lead acquisition campaigns (e.g., contests) in partnership with retail/e-commerce teams. - Qualify and clean CRM databases to ensure data accuracy. - Track campaign performance via KPIs and deliver detailed analytics reports. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing software. - Analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation and reporting. - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English (advanced proficiency). - Creativity in campaign design, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and autonomous project management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Web Marketing, Social Media, or Sports Marketing. - Prior experience in CRM strategies or digital marketing is preferred.
