**Job Title**
Recruiter – Remote – Energy Transition / Renewables / Data Centres
**Role Summary**
A self‑directed, high‑value retained search recruiter focused on the energy transition, renewables, decarbonisation, and data‑centre sectors. Works independently in a fully remote setting, building a niche network, sourcing candidates, and delivering executive‑search placements for investment funds, tech start‑ups, and related markets.
**Expectations**
- Operate autonomously with no micromanagement.
- Own end‑to‑end retained search processes and revenue generation.
- Cultivate a personal market niche within the boutique search firm.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and maintain an active network of executive contacts in clean‑tech, investment, and decarbonisation markets.
2. Prospect and secure high‑value retained search mandates from clients.
3. Manage full‑cycle recruitment: client brief, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
4. Deliver regular reporting on pipeline, metrics, and business development progress.
5. Collaborate with firm partners to align strategy and share insights.
**Required Skills**
- Proven track record in 360/retained recruitment or executive search.
- Deep understanding of the energy transition, renewables, decarbonisation, clean‑tech, or data‑centre industries.
- Strong business‑development acumen: client nurturing, proposal writing, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, driven, mature, and comfortable operating in a fully remote, high‑autonomy environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional recruitment certifications (e.g., SPHR, CIPD, or similar) highly regarded but not mandatory.
