Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new enterprise clients through tailored solutions addressing wellness integration, cost reduction, and talent attraction. - Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers to align solutions with business objectives. - Strategize pipeline generation and execute full-cycle sales, collaborating with sales development, marketing, and client success teams. - Develop account plans to deliver measurable business outcomes, including spend efficiency and wellbeing ROI. - Represent Wellhub at industry events to promote wellness innovation and sales expertise. Required Skills: - Enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven success in new business acquisition for large enterprises. - Strategic account management for long-term client partnerships in complex sales environments. - Stakeholder engagement with senior leaders across HR, finance, and business functions. - Proficiency in managing multi-phase sales processes, compliance requirements, and contract negotiations. - Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed sales strategies and articulate value propositions. - Advanced communication skills to simplify technical concepts and present compelling ROI narratives.
