**Job Title** National Internal Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead and grow the internal sales organization, setting targets, forecasting, and driving execution of sales action plans in alignment with external sales and key account strategies. **Expectations** - Deliver on internal sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals. - Build and sustain a high‑performance internal sales team capable of serving complex, multi‑regional accounts. - Provide accurate, timely reporting and insights to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop commercial policy, objectives, and sales forecasts. - Allocate forecasts to internal sales managers and monitor their performance. - Recommend team sizing, structure, and resource allocation to meet goals. - Ensure execution of agreed action plans with external sales, key accounts, and the commercial director. - Coach and upskill direct reports through individual coaching and training. - Conduct monthly business reviews with internal sales managers and quarterly reviews with regional teams. - Manage and refine qualitative and quantitative KPIs for internal sales monitoring. - Liaise with manufacturer managers to optimize internal/field sales collaboration. - Promote internal expertise and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives. - Support major client negotiations, portfolio validation, and communications (trade shows, campaigns). **Required Skills** - Proven experience in internal sales leadership and team management. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth. - Excellent coaching, training, and people development skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and KPI management. - Effective communicator with stakeholder‑management capability across multiple cultures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Professional certification in sales/management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
