**Job Title:** Product Engineer (Full Stack Engineer) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end features for a startup‑grade AI platform that quantifies risk in commercial insurance. Works closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile, rapid‑iteration environment, ensuring high quality, pixel‑perfect output. **Expectations:** - Deliver code on a tight, startup schedule while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. - Engage deeply with user problems, iterating methodically and validating solutions. - Work collaboratively on‑site, participating in daily stand‑ups, pair programming, and design reviews. - Study and align with the company’s manifesto; demonstrate commitment to customer‑centric decision making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain scalable front‑end and back‑end components of the AI platform. - Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other ML/DL components into production workflows. - Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code; perform thorough UI/UX pixel validation. - Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews, contributing constructive feedback to enhance code quality. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. - Actively gather user feedback and iterate on features to improve the customer experience. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or equivalent). - Full‑stack experience: front‑end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular) and back‑end (Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, or similar). - Experience integrating LLMs or other ML models into web services. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). - Familiarity with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent attention to detail, with a track record of delivering pixel‑perfect UI/UX. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or similar are a plus but not mandatory.
