**Job Title**: Head of Content & Strategy
**Role Summary**: Lead the development and execution of the brand’s integrated content strategy across social media, video, email, and paid media. Manage the content calendar, oversee a creative team, and balance strategic planning with hands‑on content creation to drive brand growth and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and implement a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and paid advertising.
2. Create, schedule, and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent output.
3. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
4. Lead ambassador and influencer programs: recruitment, activations, partnership management.
5. Supervise the Content Creator to ensure alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
6. Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaign planning and brand initiatives.
7. Represent the brand at industry trade shows, activations, and content shoots.
8. Oversee email marketing strategy, ensuring integration with overall content plans.
9. Monitor analytics, KPIs, and industry trends; refine strategies to maximize impact.
**Required Skills**
- 4–6 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy.
- Proven success managing paid advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with native editing tools (Reels, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strategic thinking coupled with hands‑on content creation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project‑management skills.
- Passion for beauty, haircare, or fashion industries is preferred.
- **Bonus**: SEO experience, photo‑shoot storyboarding, Mailchimp, and graphic design.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
