**Job Title:** Influencer & Community Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive growth for a women’s athleisure brand by developing and executing integrated influencer, affiliate, and community marketing strategies. Manage creator partnerships, ShopMy affiliate program, user‑generated content pipelines, and the TYB loyalty platform to increase brand awareness, conversion, and advocacy.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable increases in reach, engagement, affiliate sales, and ROI.
- Build and maintain authentic long‑term relationships with influencers, affiliates, and community members.
- Optimize budgets for gifting and commissions while ensuring cost‑effective performance.
- Provide regular performance reporting and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategy & Execution** – Design and implement influencer and affiliate plans aligned with product launches and brand goals; manage ShopMy presence, recruitment, onboarding, and commission structures.
2. **Creator Network Management** – Identify, recruit, and nurture creators across fitness, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness; oversee gifting programs and custom activations.
3. **Content & UGC** – Build a pipeline of micro‑influencers and UGC creators; brief and source content; collaborate with performance and creative teams to repurpose assets across email, paid media, and social.
4. **Community Marketing (TYB)** – Lead day‑to‑day engagement on the loyalty platform; develop incentive programs, product seeding, and exclusive experiences; activate community influencers.
5. **Reporting & Optimization** – Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, EMV, affiliate sales, ROI); produce weekly/monthly reports; integrate AI tools for outreach, list curation, and analytics.
6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Partner with creative, lifecycle, performance, and senior marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign storytelling and sell‑through targets.
7. **Budget Management** – Monitor influencer gifting and affiliate commission spend; ensure alignment with ROI objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Influencer, affiliate, and community marketing expertise (3‑6 years), preferably in fashion/lifestyle.
- Strong strategic planning and hands‑on execution abilities.
- Proficiency with influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy) and AI‑enabled workflow tools.
- Data analysis and KPI reporting competence; comfortable with marketing analytics suites.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Project management experience; ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Preferred: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related disciplines (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint).
